The 2nd one started leaking after I had it for just a year. Then 2 months after that, one of the spinners stopped working. I'm very disappointed and impressed with this at all. **Q: What is the difference between models 23157 and 23159?** A: Main differences: 23157 - comes with trial size PET Multi-Surface formulas and only 2 soft touch pads 23159 - comes with 4 soft touch pads, trial size hard floor sanitize formula and 2 trial size wood floor formulas The mop features are the same. The difference comes with the items that come with the mop. **Q: can the spinwave be left plugged in between uses?** A: I wouldn’t, I only plug it in when it needs to be charged. **Q: i bought so many of steam mop's, to scared to buy another one they break constantly** A: This is not a steam mop. It's awesome and does a fantastic job. I have hybrid timber floors throughout the whole house, and one charge, which takes 3 hours, is enough to do the whole house. It is also sooo quiet, can barely hear it. I Use the scrubby pads as I find these clean the stubborn dirt better. I only use a small amount of water as my flooring isn't water resistant, I then remove the pads, chuck them in the washing machine and dryer. It really is a great little machine. It tends to drive itself, and that suits me just fine thank you Bissell.
