Handles on the sides to help support weight and reduce sideways loss of balance, rear wheels are one way drive to prevent falling backward. Ordered the hip support that attaches to this model. Cant wait for it to arrive. Got this for my long time friend who suffered a stroke in 2020. We are both very excited she will walk again with this. Improved immediately after so many disappointing attempts with other devices. Simple and just what she needed!
