Stress reduction and improved diet certainly weren't factors in the improvement as we rolled into shutdown with 3 kids. For the product itself, it's light and not sticky. It wears well under my BB cream, but stands well enough on its own as a moisturizer. We moved from a very humid climate to a cold, dry one, and this was enough to keep my face from drying out. My skin is generally sensitive to skincare products, but I didn't have any adverse adjustment to this cream. A little goes a long way, so the jar is lasting quite a while.
