They are well made and well sewn with stitched edges that are not sewn with scratchy thread. I have difficulty finding any bra inserts that will adequately cover my DDD breasts and these are perfect. The padding is a uniform thickness all around. They are thick enough to prevent show-through, but not thick enough to add a cup size. I hand wash them along with my sports bras and they have held up well.
