Review: The more I use it the more I like it - I was going to return it because the trigger constantly hung up. The problem was in the trigger itself. I hate returning stuff so I kept working with it and finally the trigger quit sticking. So. I have tried twice to contact customer support and never received a reply. I see there is supposed to be a much better PDF manual which I would like to get but there is no point in contacting Azzuno a third time. UPDATE: Azzuno contacted me and offered a full refund. For some reason my attempts to reach them through their CONTACT US never reached them. Upon seeing my review however they reached out to me. My main interest in this welder is for light gauge metals up to 1/8". I am still in the learning curve but it has proven it can make some buttery smooth welds that penetrate well. For the money I think this is a great value. This is the new outside frame for a ramp on my 5X11 trailer. Next I will weld in the internal braces and finally the expanded metal skin. This welder gives me confidence for this light gauge work I never had with my flux core welder which runs way too hot for this kind of work. Addendum: Go through your ground clamp and tighten everything up including the crimped on ring eye. My Azzuno started stacking up weld and not penetrating. I figured it might be the ground side and sure enough every part of it was loose. Take the few minutes and get that thing tight. Update: I'm several months out now and I continue to be pleased with this welder. I'm running .023 wire with the standard co2/argon mix. This setup will require you to purchase a feed roller and gun tips for .023 wire, and a gas bottle and regulator. It's worth it. I'm not sure but I don't think there are factory settings for .023 on gas. I have learned to use 10 amp at 20 volts as kind of a baseline with this setup and go up or down from there. Two projects lately have put the ability of this welder to handle thin material to the test. I am the weak link as the welder can do what I ask of it. It is really fascinating to watch the arc pulse according to what settings I'm using. I can literally see and hear the pulsing. It's like this welder knows what needs to happen. The welders automatic feed speed seems pretty good, I haven't had any problems with feed speed. ADDENDUM, March 2025 I bought Azzuno's tig kit and a bottle of argon. Most of what I weld is small stuff and the ability to slow down the weld process, which tig does, finally got me to pull the trigger on purchasing that big bottle of argon and learning to tig. This is touch start. It isn't as sophisticated as some tig only welders but this Azzuno absolutely will tig. Given the Azzuno will get you started tig-ing for minimal expense it is a good way to get started. The picture is a practice weld just learning what to do and not do and how it all works. It's like gas welding with electricity except incredibly better heat control. I can change the Azzuno 1 amp and on thin material see the difference, so you can really dial it in. The tig feature is free on this welder so what's not to like? It is DC only, so steel welding only - but it will get you started and let you learn for minimal investment if you, like me, already own one.
Review: Great welder for beginners - I purchased my first Azzuno 200f over 2 years ago. This welder is very easy to figure out and learn welding. It has plenty of power to tackle what ever you throw at it. It is very good with mig and flux core. I've had no feeding issues and I have not had it over heat a single time. The stick function is great. I've even welded with 3/16 7018 and it did great. This is a very durable welder as I've used it almost daily for 2 years and not a single problem. Here are some suggestions before or after you buy one: You will need to upgrade not only the ground clamp but the electrode holder as well. They are the basic issue and are not very good quality. I also upgraded the cables to these to #2 and made them longer. If Azzuno were to make 1 change to this welder , it would be to install a light inside the door to the wire compartment. I'm very pleased with this welder and I highly recommend.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly good
*by W***N on March 26, 2023*

I bought this on a whim - needed a 200A MIG welder for a project (I mostly do TIG) and stumbled on this here at Amazon. Great price to be sure. Surprisingly, this thing works great! I have no idea how long it is going to hold up, but unlike cheap import plasma cutters, this thing seems very well constructed in terms of fit and finish, has a good solid stable arc, feeds smoothly... I'm impressed considering the price. PROS: - Fired up right out of the box with most things obvious to anyone who's done MIG before. - Does Flux core as well as MIG - Handles 10# spools of wire - Has some presets for different size wire and can handle .025", .030", .035" and .045". Comes with all necessary drive wheels for both solid and flux-core wire. - The torch is far better than I expected with a Euro-style connector. - The machine can also do lift-TIG and stick welding. Stick stinger supplied but no TIG torch. CONS: (some pretty big ones unfortunately) - The manual is utter crap - literally one of the worst manuals I've encountered. There are features that are in the machine that are completely unexplained or referenced. Presets aren't mentioned at all nor is the behavior of various other features like Inductance, Arc Force and others. No details or explanations whatsoever - just a comment that the voltage knob controls inductance when in preset mode and the wire feed knob controls arc force when stick welding. Literally a ridiculous manual. - As far as I can tell, there is no website, no tech support, no phone #, no nuthin' - although they do purport to provide a 1 year warranty. - wire feed rate is in METERS PER MINUTE! No way to change it either. If you're in the US, you'll need to divide inches/minute by 39.37 to get the proper feed speed. - Gas inlet is a 1/4" hose barb instead of a standard flare gas fitting. You'll need to make an adapter. There are multiple Youtube videos that describe it - older Everlast machines had the same issue. - Control panel consists of rotary encoders and membrane buttons. OK I suppose in general but I've never been impressed with the long term reliability of membrane keypads. This may be just me being picky, but that kind of keypad is on my washing machine and it is wearing out after 10 years. YMMV Again, I can't stress enough my caution concerning the apparent lack of any support website whatsoever. I'm not sad at all about buying this - I am a relatively sophisticated buyer. I do think this would be a great machine for a hobbyist/home shop kind of thing or even light commercial work. If the documentation and tech support was there I would whole-heartedly recommend to a beginner
