Additionally, the screws are pulling out of the footrest and will render the footrest useless. Don’t buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice chairs but one arrived with a broken frame *by on Reviewed in the United States 7 July 2021* Nice chairs but one arrived with a broken frame. I am in touch with the seller and arranging for a return. Once the return/refund happens I will update this review. UPDATE: I had to go through Amazon's A to Z guarantee program to finally receive my refund almost a month later. I am afraid that I can not recommend the seller alon itach as they stopped responding to my inquiries after three weeks of waiting for news of my return. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality chairs *by on Reviewed in the United States 12 July 2021* Quality materials and workmanship. Did not expect rubber “feet”, an nice feature. Very comfortable and easy to assemble. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/476713262-casual-home-director-chair-beech-turquoise-18-classic-height](https://www.desertcart.us/products/476713262-casual-home-director-chair-beech-turquoise-18-classic-height) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
