I am looking for a large non-slip surface to help prevent my old dog from losing her footing, but I would need to cut to fit.** A: Hi Melanie, thanks for the question. Yes, these mats can be cut to fit your desired size. However, if this mat is for your dog, we would recommend one of our Premium Large Exercise Mats. These are designed for ultra durability which may be necessary depending on the size of your dog. Our Premium Large Yoga Mats are best for yoga, stretching, and barefoot workouts. **Q: I need to stretch on something super cushy yet, supportive after back surgery. Should get two and put one on top of the other?** A: Depends on how super cushy you want, I would probably try one at first because it's fairly soft but also stable. **Q: How well does this mat do when it comes in contact with pets? I have a pair of cats and a brother who doesn't put away things properly.** A: As long as they don't want to chew on it you should be fine. ## Frequently Bought Together - Gorilla Mats Premium Large Yoga Mat – 7' x 5' x 8mm Extra Thick & Ultra Comfortable, Non-Slip Barefoot Exercise Mat – Works Great on Any Floor for Stretching, Cardio or Home Workouts - Gorilla Mats Premium Large Yoga Mat – 6' x 4' x 8mm Extra Thick & Ultra Comfortable, Non-Slip Barefoot Exercise Mat – Works Great on Any Floor for Stretching, Cardio or Home Workouts - Gaiam Yoga Block - Supportive Latex-Free Eva Foam - Soft Non-Slip Surface with Beveled Edges for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation - Yoga Accessories for Stability, Balance, Deepen Stretches --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/47654390-large-yoga-mat-6x4-7x5-ft-8mm-thick-non-slip](https://www.desertcart.us/products/47654390-large-yoga-mat-6x4-7x5-ft-8mm-thick-non-slip) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
