No product is perfect and most will never have 5* from all the people who review it. For everyone works something else. JUST TO ALSO SAY, SHE HAS BEEN ON THESE ABOUT 3 WEEKS NOW My child has mild atopic eczema. And if you have some experience with this, you know GPs in UK will prescribe moisturizer, steroid cream and at best Skin prick test for which you'll wait many months. In severe cases, the meds may include injections. But if you are like me, you know eczema is gut related!! And environment too!!!! Heal the gut, you heal the eczema. It's about what the child eats. Is there any stress factor? Moulds? Humidity and so on. I bought this to help the gut!!!! As much as she gets still flare ups (usually by eating sweet things..... piece of chocolate? Cereals..... anything where is sugar. If she exceeds her maximum, she gets itchy, scratches and redness comes). These tablets made her skin look better. Less itchiness and less flare ups. It is not placebo effect, as I'm still doing same things as before, except now, she's on this. She's 8 and she loves these. She likes to take it every morning by herself. She sees it as fun, not chore. There is no bad smell and our bottle came sealed. No concerns there.
