The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I purchased 2 boxes. The first box I decided to pan fry chicken. The next box I think I will air fry pork chops. Since the instructions have you making a wet batter with it and dredging it in dry mix, the mix runs out quickly and 2 boxes would be required to cover a small amount of meat. It make take a few to several boxes for a large family. The flavor was very good. I probably price out a the local market for value and check if there are other size selections.
