Fragile!!! *by I***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2013* I absolutely LOVE these, they are packed wonderfully to prevent damage but UPS and FEDEX have ways of damaging things that are unknown to man, so I ordered 4 of these and 2 were perfect and 2 were broken the broken area was the weakest spot of course and that is the hinge area so they must have been tossed hard and the shock broke the hinge area. I was very upset and disappointed as they are gorgeous and so useful. I have sent the two back and I am waiting for the replacements and keeping my fingers crossed that they arrive unharmed. These cases are large, I got the 12x12x19 tall, the shelves are stationary so be sure you need to store things will actually fit on them, the bottom section has a larger opening the two upper shelves are same size but the bottom section is taller to display taller items, the lock has to have the keys hanging in it in order to access items regularly so keep that in mind. I am storing items in mine that should the hinges eventually fail and not break the actual cabinet sides I will just leave the door off and enjoy the open acrylic shelves. I am excited about getting my things displayed in these cabinets. I have cats and my neighbor blows dust over here every day with her leaf blower, so keeping my items under glass is important and this serves that purpose without the fear of broken glass everywhere should a cat knock one into the floor.
