**Q: Description says dried, are they only dried? Or fried/deep fried/other method also?**
A: They are oily

**Q: What is the nutrition value. ?**
A: It was on the package, which I threw out long ago. They are delicious. They really DON’T have anywhere near the nutritional of regular veggies. They are also high in carbs and fat. While not a substitute for fruits and veggies, they are a good replacement for junk food or chips.

    Overdoes the Starch a Bit

Quick nice but the selection is a bit too starchy.  I would remove one of the two starchy vegetables (sweet potato or taro root; my preference would be to keep the sweet potato), and use instead something like slices of bell pepper, leek, pea pods, radish, or other non-starchy vegetable that does not need to be cooked.  Although I do not particularly care for (red) radishes myself, their spicy quality would provide a nice contrast in the mix; as would bitter melon or celery (but dried celery can be difficult to manage).
