I purchased this item because I absolutely hate carrying keys around And this seemed like a good option to mount outside of my home so that I can have easy access. I haven't had any issues with this devices reliability at all. Not even once! I will update my review if things change.

Three or four months ago, my lock stopped working part of the time and I oiled it did all the stuff to it that I should nothing helped you would try to work with it. Two or three times it wouldn’t open the fourth or fifth time it pop open and it happens that way All the time so I got a hold of the Company sent them a video of what it was doing and said it was not their problem. It was a hardware problem not a software problem. Whatever that means I spent a lot of money for this lock because the good report I got from Amazon, but I’m disappointed because people cannot get into my house when they need to come over and I’ve gone a lot. I would not recommend this product to anyone because of the customer service you buy something expensive you expect to have service.
