Review: Stylish, functional suitcase - This is probably the best suitcase I've ever purchased. Not only does it look nice and unique (which is good for when you're trying to figure out which luggage is yours at the baggage claim), but it also has thoughtful functionality. The initial zipper only opens the front pocket for easy access to items like a laptop, tablet, wallet, or phone. The inside is also the most roomy carry on I've ever experienced. I never used to use carry on bags because they barely had any space and most of the inside was taken up by the telescoping handle. This suitcase doesn't have that problem and the small top opening makes it convenient to pack the suitcase as well. I would 10/10 recommend this suitcase to everyone I know. Also, the packaging on this suitcase was super high quality. To me, that is just another reason to trust the quality and workmanship that was put into this design. It also has a 3 year warranty, which is much longer than I would have expected.

It's not for their rugged beauty and elegance, the wide handle resulting in a spacious interior, the enjoyment of packing them in preparation for trips to the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Europe and Asia. It's not for the reason they are so nice we own 3 and gifted 2. No! It's for the only reason that Mixi need to make a translucent cover specifically for its luggage so their elegance can be maintained and not get tarnished by abuse from airline baggage handlers. This is a plea!🙂

**Q: How about the capacity compared with normal 20 inch suitcase?**
A: I just measured my old carry on compared to this new one and was surprised at how similar the measurements are. This new one seems so much smaller to look at. But the difference was only 2 inches in one dimension. My old one can be packed a little fuller, since it's a soft side. And it has two additional pockets on the outside that, on this new one, are on the inside. But I rarely used those pockets nor overstuffed it. I think I'm going to like this new one, but haven't traveled with it yet.

**Q: Do my 16" MacBook Pro fit in the front pocket?**
A: Dear customer, yes the front laptop pocket is fit for 16" MacBook Pro and all 15.6 inch laptops.

**Q: How can I change the lock's password? Is there a manual?**
A: Dear customer, as it is a TSA lock, the key is only owned by custom officials, so there is no key. Users should use password to open and lock it. The initial password is 000. If you want to change the password, here is a guide for you, please watch the video.

**Q: How about the capacity compared with normal 20 inch suitcase?**
A: I compared it with a normal 20 inch suitcase which is middle open(not expandable), about 10% bigger, as it is one deep compartment design and the wide handle make it more easy to store things flat. I won't compare it with an expandable one as they're different design, that is meaningless.

I'll preface with I did not keep this item for a variety of reasons. Over all, this appears to be a very nice suitcase. I like the hard side exterior and the lap top compartment on the front. The laptop compartment flap has to be opened all the way to access the main storage compartment which I didn't mind (I recall another reviewer complained about this). I also like the wide handle which allows a larger, flatter area on the inside to place your things. THE DOWNSIDE: This wide handle will not likely accommodate loops on the backs of backpacks and carry-ons that narrower handles will (where you slide the item over the suitcase handle to keep it on there while you wheel it). The construction says it's Bayer polycarbonite which is better than ABS but not as durable as aluminum. The wheels roll well and the handle seems sturdy, I found the sewing and features to be nicely done.
