Great storage space also, we can prepare the pockets already from home with all his selected things and once done with them he can put them back. I would probably buy some extra pockets, and be able to exchange them depending on the activity.The cup holder is handy for keeping his drink and is easy accessible. We took a 15 hour car ride over spring break, this provided both kids a firm place to color, read, play with their cars and eat. When they were done using it, they set it to the side. I didn't use the buckle because I didn't want to have to stop to take it off when they were done with it. It is very light weight, easy to put together and easy to clean!
