I will say, if your puppy is in a biting stage, be careful with the Velcro. My Shih Tzu puppy went to town on one of the straps so I had to remove them. But, the play pen is still super sturdy. Also, the bottom is absolutely leak-proof. My puppy has had a couple accidents and the play pen is in a carpeted room. No problems whatsoever.
