**Q: Does this red sugar have a flavor to it?**
A: No flavor.

**Q: How does this work? Do you put drops into drink and it foams?  I was thinking of using it for cocktail hour for my wedding.**
A: Basically, this is dried egg whites. You put some in a cocktail shaker when making a drinl like a whiskey sour and it makes some foam and give the drink a slight foamy texture. It doesn't foam by itself but the shaking foams it.

A: Sugar, dextrose, nonfat powdered milk, dried egg whites, tricalcium phosphate.
