When I would pull it up in a pony tail, there would be areas that you could see my scalp. Depending on the angle, you could see a bald spot, almost the size of a nickel, along my part toward the front of my head. Within a few months the sparse area got smaller and smaller. I then got pregnant and had the thickest hair I've ever had, which was still thin and fine. I did experience postpartum hair loss about 6 months after delivering but not as bad as I expected, and did not have any bald patches; which I give credit to this shampoo. About 9 months after I delivered, I started noticing new hair growth. My hair isn't as thick as it was when I was pregnant, but overall I have much less thinning of my hair, and it appears much thicker than it did prior to pregnancy. That bald spot is non-existent. I can't imagine a reason why I'd stop using this shampoo; it gives me more confidence in my thin hair than ANY product ever has. It is expensive, but worth it to me. Have never inhaled it or had my face tilted to experience anything in the nose. It does sting if it gets in the eyes, but so does any shampoo. **Q: Is this a unisex product?** A: Zenagen has 2 lines. My stylist suggested trying Zenagen system for woman and it has made a difference. I have really fine hair and when my hormones aren't in balance I loose quite a bit of hair. After using for 3 months I have so many tiny hairs growing right at my hairline its difficult to get a good part! definitely a happy "problem" to have!
