I didn't see any indication that it was. My hair falls out like crazy so i would appreciate anyones help. Thank you.** A: I have been using this product since Feb 2022 and I’m still using the same bottle. I have less hair fall out and I have noticed lots of new growth. You have to leave it on for 5 minutes and use every other day. **Q: What is the return and/or refund policy for this product?** A: Not sure.
