Review: A Rawhide-Free Win! Great for Digesting and Even Better for Chewing - As an owner, I'm always looking for treats that make my dog happy but don't give me anxiety about their ingredients or their tummy. That’s why I was thrilled to discover the Pork Chomps Dog Chews. This 12-pack of twists has quickly become a household favorite for my dog! The biggest selling point for me is that these are 100% rawhide free. I’ve always been worried about the digestibility of traditional rawhide, but Pork Chomps alleviates that stress. Knowing they are made from pork skin and are proven to be 99.9% digestible (seriously, that's huge compared to the traditional 50-80%) gives me peace of mind every time my pup enjoys one. Plus, they use a special process to make them low-fat and high in natural collagen. My dog, a medium-sized Lab, absolutely goes crazy for the assorted flavors (Roasted Pork, Chicken, and Bacon). They are just the right size to keep her busy for a good chunk of time, which can be difficult for big chewers like my dog!. They definitely last longer than most soft chews, keeping that chewing energy directed at the treat instead of my furniture. If you're looking for a healthier, easy-to-digest option that dogs truly enjoy, these are definitely worth trying. Pros: Excellent Digestibility: 100% rawhide-free and 99.9% digestible—a huge relief for dog owners worried about tummy issues. High Value/Low Fat: Healthier option thanks to the fat-removal process; great source of protein and collagen. Dog Approved Flavors: The assortment (Pork, Chicken, Bacon) keeps things interesting and is a huge hit. Long-Lasting: The oven-baked twist format provides satisfying chewing time. Cons: May Not Be for Extreme Chewers: While long-lasting for my dog, very aggressive chewers might finish these a little faster than super-dense bones. Smell/Mess: They are pork products, so they can have a slight smell while being chewed, and sometimes leave a tiny bit of residue on light carpets. Size Specificity: Owners of very large or powerful dogs might prefer the larger sizes for optimal chewing time.
Review: Hours of chewy entertainment - My dogs absolutely love these! We’ve tried a variety of chew sticks and treats lately that the dogs just seem to chomp down right away. These chews last for hours! Talk about happy dogs. They clearly taste amazing—the dogs can’t put them down. No odor noted. Great size for medium or large dogs (my corgi and lab think they are perfect). Seem to be safe and healthy. When the days are long and the dogs don’t get as much play time as they’d like, these chews keep them busy and out of trouble. Will definitely be purchasing again when the bag is empty.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My dog loves these!
*by B***Y on April 23, 2025*

This is my second time purchasing these pork chomps. I adopted my dog from the local shelter a few months ago and they provided these for their dogs that enjoyed chewing. My dog immediately took to it and went to her special dog bed to enjoy all the chewy goodness. It kept her occupied for at least an hour and her tail was wagging the entire time. It is a great distraction for her when guests are visiting. I was a little concerned with the red or brown color of the chewy rubbing off on her dog bed or the carpet, but nope...none of that happened. It was thick enough to allow her to get some good chewing, I cant speak to the taste but she did not complain. I would suggest supervising you dog while they enjoy this, just to watch for any choking or problems (we had none). I try to limit these to once every other week or so and make sure there is plenty of fresh water available; I notice that my pup gets very thirsty after finishing her chewy. I love that it isn't a rawhide product and it doesn't seem to affect her bowels either way. The value is great and I think I got them cheaper here than in the pet store I usually go to...win on price and convenience!!! They were delivered on time and in a typical bubble wrap envelope and the packaging was clean and intact....nobody wants dirty bones! I will continue to order these for her and continue to limit it as a special treat. I highly recommend these!
