My sweetie's tinnitus got a bit better after just a couple weeks. I decided to try this one because it's very vegan-friendly. I love that it has just 125% of D3, a great daily supply, plus 100% K2. Particularly notable is the addition of 38% calcium and 47% magnesium. I know that I get these minerals through my food, but having good percentages of calcium and magnesium assures that my daily needs are met. The orange flavor is pleasant.I'm particularly impressed by the vegan sources. The D3 was harvested from lichen, the K2 from chickpeas, the calcium from algae. It's not easy to find vegan D3, OR K2, but is getting easier. I'm grateful for another resource. Gummies tend to be a little more expensive than pills, but they make it easy for me to grab a couple on my way out the door to head to work. I'm also happy to have a supplement to recommend to my vegan friends who are trying to meet their D3 needs during the dreary winter.These are made in China, FYI, if that makes a difference to you.
