Gluten Free and Tasty!!
Birch Benders appeared on my grocery shelves a year ago. I was excited to see the Gluten Free version. Then the stores stopped carrying this option. I am so glad I found it on Amazon. This pancake mix is simple: just add water and make pancakes. Easy-Peasy!! And they fluff up into tasty pancakes!

I can’t eat gluten or oats (as many other gluten-free mixes contain it), so discovering it was a fabulous find! The ingredients are perfect for my dietary restrictions, and the taste is fantastic. Unlike other gluten-free mixes that often result in dry, cement-like pancakes or waffles (which are horrible!), this mix delivers fluffy, delicious results every time. Great taste
The mix has excellent flavor for GF product. I’m disappointed I can’t find the GF sweet potato mix anymore, that was my favorite. It has Birch Benders quality. Highly recommend

These are delicious, but they make my legs itch.
I must be sensitive to something in these, because it makes my legs itch. Probably the casein in the buttermilk. But this is absolutely delicious!

Taste great and easy to make!
I was so excited when I found this! It tastes great and does mess up my stomach! No gluten and eggs makes me a Happy Camper! Add nuts and fruit and it brings on a whole new level of taste and goodness!

The Only Reason this Mix Gets 3 Stars is that My Husband Likes the Pancakes
I would give the mix 1 star. While it is super easy to mix, just add water, the resulting pancakes are thin and very, very dense (yes, I followed the directions). To me they are not so much pancakes as sweet latkes. I do not care for them, so on to the next pancake mix experiment.

Wow! Really good! Like regular flour pancakes!
I don't have a gluten intolerance but have a wheat allergy. Just about everything has wheat in it and so just about everything makes me cough! I have made my own non-wheat flour mixes and they were ok. I got tired of buying so many special flours and trying to come up with the perfect mix and still have the baked product taste good! I thought I would give these a try and they were wonderful! They came out nice and fluffy and they tasted good really good! I live alone so I mixed half a cup of the pancake mix with 1/3 cup of milk. Water would have been fine, but I had a lot of milk on hand! This made two good-sided pancakes! They were delicious! The second time I made them, I even added a dash of vanilla! Superb! I am so happy to find this pancake mix! It's been a long time since I had eaten any pancakes! I will buy it again!
