The removable supports are basically little tent poles and seem to be sturdy enough. They are held in place with small pockets on the inside of each corner and concealed by Velcro. Great design, and very easy to setup and take apart if needed. I have not put it to a capacity test yet. It’s not huge but will easily hold a few bath towels with some room to spare for other stuff too.
