A: Yes, there is a tiny hole on both side on the upper side where the two parts join together. You need to stick something in on both ends to unlock so the bottom part can be pull out.

A: It depends on how heavy the piñata is and the amount of abuse you think it’s gonna take. The best way I can describe it is it’s kind of bendy in the middle
