Review: Safety - When I first got this massage it was great works very well just what I needed unfortunately yesterday I was using it and there was a sudden pop noise and an awful smell obviously something has broken it the smell was quite pungent so I am scared now to use it again shame as it was going so well.
Review: I would not advise anyone to order this - I tried returning it but they said no I will never use it cos so uncomfortable to use and the rotation is messed up also it is not a uk plug. You can buy the same thing for 17.99 from TikTok I thought this would be better quality but it’s really not. So dissatisfied and I hope no one else buys it thinking it’s better beacuse it’s more expensive it really doesn’t make a difference.

**Q: I need a new replacement cover, power adapter or sleeve. How can I order one?**
A: We can provide you with a new cover, power adapter or sleeve for free! No cost to you.

**Q: Is this cordless and rechargeable?**
A: No, this model is NOT rechargeable. It needs to be plugged in with the included power adapter for it to power on. For our rechargeable version, search "Zyllion ZMA-13RB" or "Zyllion ZMA-34RB"

**Q: I work from home and in the office, is there a way to secure the massager onto my chair?**
A: Yes, the massager has adjustable Velcro straps located on the back of the massager. Wrap the straps around the back of your chair and secure with the Velcro. Now you can enjoy a hands-free massage while you work

**Q: My product does not heat up as much as I'd like. Is it possible to make it hotter?**
A: Unfortunately not. Since friction from the mesh combined with the heat function can create more heat sensitivity, we've erred on the side of caution to ensure our customers are safe. Please note, it may take 5-7 minutes to feel the heat.

**Q: My product is not turning on or no longer works. What should I do?**
A: Make sure your product's cord connection is secure as it should snap (*clicks*) into place. We also recommend using the car adapter and if it powers on, we can provide you with a new replacement power adapter at no cost to you.

When I first got this massage it was great works very well just what I needed unfortunately yesterday I was using it and there was a sudden pop noise and an awful smell obviously something has broken it the smell was quite pungent so I am scared now to use it again shame as it was going so well.
