Review: Looks and works beautifully! - Having bought this refrigerator on the Prime day, I got a decent discount on it using a credit card but the installation only happened five days after the delivery which happened in two days! Speaking of the refrigerator, it looks marvelous with its side by side door and tall handles design on each door but the best part about this (and the reason I opted this product) is that it is a French door unit which comes with the Freezer in the bottom unlike other side by side door refrigerators with one side compartment being a freezer which reduces the fridge space. Settings panel is on the inside of the unit, on the right hand side and there are a few settings you have to make the first time you power it on. The panel offers separate temperature adjustments for the fridge and the freezer both and also offers quick freeze feature which cools the unit to the set temperature in only 1.5 hrs instead of taking longer times. Door ajar warning works and it can also be disabled for when you have to keep the doors open for extended periods of time - all on the control panel (long press a particular button kind of setting). While the fridge portion gets several compartments and door side storage, the freezer portion has ice cube maker along with 6 separate boxes for storage which is plenty for a home and as expected, it does not get the light like the fridge portion does and no door storage. Fridge has spiral metal bars on which you can place bottles for cooling and the top row of the right side fridge door has medicine storage compartment with locking mechanism whereas the bottom row compartments on either doors have a brush like flexible plastic thingy which probably holds things better in it. There are two fresh boxes on either sides of the fridge compartments which are claimed to keep your fruits, greens and veggies fresh for up to a week's time and I think it works as intended. Build quality is top notch and the lighting in the fridge is adequate. It functions without making lot of noises (expect noises) and since it is new, I have not got to know yet as to how much electricity it consumes while operational. It only comes in metallic matte gray color and looks very modern (looks brushed). Doors do not automatically close and have to be manually pushed to closure, like car doors, which is a good thing. I don't know how good or bad Electrolux's service is but I hope I don't have to find out anytime soon. Personally, I feel it has value for money while being a premium product which is a fine blend! As usual, it has 10 years warranty on the compressor but I think eother 1 year warranty on the rest of the unit (a year less than its competitor's refrigerator). Power plug is of 5 A or so and fits in the regular power socket and it is recommended to use it with a compatible stabilizer to protect it from electrical surges or other such mishaps. The unit towers at 6 ft if not more and is wide enough to store things for a family of 4 - 5 people. It does not come with a stand (it is better with stand) but the guys who come for installation will get them for you if you pay them for the stand which cost around 1,200/- or so. NOTE: Book the free installation by contacting Electrolux as soon as you get the refrigerator delivered to your place as they take up to 48 hrs to send in a technician for the installation and it might extend sometimes. EDIT (06/Aug/2025): I received a surprise service / feedback call from Electrolux service manager (Karnataka) regarding the installation hiccup I have had and the pleasant 20 mins conversation revealed that desertcart failed to intimate Electrolux of the delivery of my order on the same day or after. After waiting for a day, I registered a call with Electrolux customer care for installation and it is the only intimation they got and they had no record of my Refrigerator purchase until then; they wasted no time after that and the installation completed at 10:20 PM the next day despite being a rainy evening! desertcart, take notes so that the brand doesn't suffer bad reviews for a failure from your side.

**Q: What are the Net Capacities of Freezer and Fridge?**
A: This was the refrigerator I always wanted to buy for my home, unfortunately it arrived in a damaged condition & I had to return it back. Electrolux didn't had a replacement piece.  So, I had to buy a different brand that has larger presence in the market as well as good service back-up.

It’s been 8 months, Product was good, easy to move baca use of wheels. No issues so far. Deep freezer is so good. Cooling - good Noise level - Not noticeable Size - large, can move with wheels. Not going to fit in Regular elevators. People carried it to our floor. Energy - Not sure, it’s bearable I guess. Didn’t see that Much power bill hike difference. Value for money - Yes If you need extra space and need options for healthy greens, fruits and storage purpose. It’s worth to buy.
