I’ve been using this product consistently twice a day (about the same time per day) for almost 2 wks & I rarely get the gross taste anymore, haven’t noticed the slight bleeding of my gums I was getting before & my breath is also fresher too. I’m going to keep using this stuff, but I’ve noticed if I wait too long to use it & am not consistent, gross taste comes back & a few days for my mouth to get back on track, so gotta stay w/it for it to work.
