I'm 5'7 and around 150lbs so I got a medium and it fits nicely if not a little roomy. For the price, this will do nicely for my labs this semester. My only complaints are that the material feels pretty stiff (but this might change after a few washes), it is a little thin, and the sleeves are a tad short for my arms (but I do have freakishly long arms in proportion to my body lol).
