A: I am 450lbs and it works well for me. There are two reinforced crossing bars at bottom to increase the strength.

**Q: What is the width of the seat? I'm confused by the dimensions listed is it 31 or 24**
A: The actual seat panel measures 16" wide by 13" deep. Iyou measure the width between the Arms you have approximately 20" to 22" from the seat panel bottom to the top of the arm.

**Q: What is that little clip on the front meant to hold?**
A: Holds a hand held shower head or very small shot glass.....

**Q: What is the highest the seat can be set to?**
A: On its highest setting the top of the seat is just under 20 inches tall.
