It adds volume to hair without the feel of hair spray. I reordered and the sprayer was defective and the seller sent me a replacement, but this sprayer is defective too. Maybe the packaging has changed. Sprayer only works sporadically with a LOT OF EFFORT, even my husband had a lot of difficulty.
