The "B" mode will spin forward for 2 minutes, stop for 6, then reverse spin for 2 min, stop for 6 min, etc. THe "L" mode will reverse spin for 2 minutes, stop for 18 minutes, then spin forward for 2 minutes. The motor movement is practically silent; it's quieter than the AC unit that runs softly in the room. I run it on 120 V. **Q: Will this work for a 43mm dive watch?** A: Works fine with my Victorinox I.N.O.X. 42mm watch.
