## Overview

The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Spring Kit by Air Lift is a vehicle-specific suspension upgrade designed for 1975-2015 Ford E-250/E-350 vans and commercial chassis. It offers up to 5,000 pounds of adjustable load leveling capacity, improving ride comfort and safety when towing or hauling heavy loads. The kit includes durable alloy steel components, an internal jounce bumper for shock absorption, and all necessary hardware for easy installation. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and a 60-day ride satisfaction guarantee, it transforms your van’s handling by eliminating sag, sway, and bottoming out.

## Description

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a premium heavy-duty air spring suspension system designed to deliver maximum load support, improved ride comfort, and enhanced towing stability for trucks and SUVs. Engineered for serious hauling, it helps eliminate rear-end sag, squat, and bottoming out when towing campers, boats, trailers, or heavy work equipment. Built with advanced internal jounce bumpers, the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate provides an added layer of safety and comfort by absorbing road shock and offering support even in situations with little or no air pressure. This built-in protection helps maintain control and ride stability under demanding load conditions. With fully adjustable air pressure (typically 5–100 PSI), the system allows you to fine-tune your suspension for any situation—run lower pressure for a smooth, comfortable daily ride or increase pressure for maximum leveling and load support when towing or hauling. Designed to improve handling and overall vehicle control, it reduces bounce, sway, and body roll while maintaining proper ride height for better braking, steering response, and tire wear. Built from durable, high-strength materials with vehicle-specific brackets, most kits install using existing mounting points for a straightforward, bolt-on upgrade.

- INTERNAL JOUNCE BUMPER FOR ADDED COMFORT: Built-in polyurethane bumper inside the air spring helps absorb shock and allows limited operation even with zero air pressure - perfect for added ride security and comfort

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this fit 2013 ford f250?**
A: It fit my E-350 FedEx style cargo van. The F-model frames may be somewhat different though. Whenever I had specific questions for other model vehicles I opted to call the Air Lift company customer service directly and got the proper answer. That might be most helpful.

**Q: Does this kit come with single or double bellows? I'm seeing conflicting information, and it seems to me that some "88138" kits come differntly.**
A: Mine came as a single bellow. Works great.

**Q: I have a 27 foot travelmaster class c motorhome built on a 1990 e350. will this help eliminate the rear sway/roll?**
A: I have a 1995 24' e350 shuttle bus converted to a food truck. I am very heavy in the rear and these helped a ton on the rear sway. I did have to play with the air amounts on each side since I don't have any type of automatic levelers, but once I got them dialed in I feel much better driving it.

**Q: Will it fit a 2006 E-450**
A: I would call air lift with question, they would be happy to answer that. I know it fits 04 E-350 perfectly and drives great
