### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy Approachable Starting Read and Covers a Lot of Ground

Light read on a heavy topic. Organized as a set of short articles/posts from a range of authors. The tone is friendly/conversational and hits on the main topics of each chapter well. Some articles will get one in the mindset of the employee to understand their perspective and others will provide practical management tips. This is a great and easy to access introduction! There is a lot more that would need to be covered -- but the book links out to those books or trainings. Looking forward to leading a reading group with our management team and I hope this is just the start of their education on these matters.
