We make fuel for busy people Ingredients Wholegrain Rolled Oats (80%), Sugar, Soya Protein Isolate (5%), Sea Salt (0.5%), Natural Flavouring. Directions Preparation & Use 1. Tear along the dotted line on the sachet and pour the oats into a microwavable bowl 2. Fill the now empty sachet with milk or oat milk to the fill line (160ml) For thicker porridge add less milk For thinner porridge add more milk 3. Pour into the bowl and stir 4. Place the bowl in a microwave and heat on full power (800w) for 1 1/2 mins Coking time will vary according to microwave power 5. Stir the porridge and then heat for a further 30 seconds 6. A: It came in a box, there were 8 boxes of 10 in each box. Very cheap but you need your own milk.

**Q: Can you substitute the milk with water or is this a different product altogether**
A: If you want to add water you should go for the more expensive plastic pots, they have powdered milk. Unless you like a watery porridge.
