**Q: Is it really sparkly or just a bit shiny?**
A: The mosaic glass is sparkly, and the pump button is shiny.

**Q: How long is this supposed to last? I had it only a few months and the silver color started to erode off and the pump broke into 4 pieces...**
A: Wow! Are you using a harsh cleaner?  My pump is still perfect and the finish is fine.  I just wipe it off with a damp soft cloth every day.  The pump itself sometimes sticks a little but it distributes the perfect amount of soap with just one push.  What I really like is that it doesn't rust!  I've used lots of dispensers and this is my favorite.  I will say that they could improve the packaging when shipping.  The product shifted a lot in shipment and there was a slight chip on the tumbler I ordered.

**Q: where can I buy a replacement pump for this dispenser?**
A: Should be standard size.  Try any store that handles bath towels  and bath accessories.  Should be a display of pumps.  Take the broken pump with you so you get the correct size.  Or contact Dwellza through Amazon.

**Q: Can you use hand lotion in the soap dispenser?**
A: I have only used hand soap in mine; not sure that lotion would work?

I’ve had this bathroom soap dispenser for nearly five years now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with its durability and function. It’s still in great shape, the pump is working just as well as when I first got it, and despite a little fading in color (which is expected after years of use), it’s holding up strong. Yes, it’s been dropped a few times and used a lot, but that’s just a testament to how well it’s made. For the price, this soap dispenser has been amazing. I’ve seen similar ones selling for twice the price, and they don’t hold up nearly as well. I’ve bought different soap dispensers for half the price, and I had to return it after just a few months of use. This one is totally worth the money, and I’m so glad it’s still available for purchase.
