Review: Work great - They do exactly what they're supposed to do and there's a bunch of them in the bag, so they'll last if you lose a few. I have grey hair, so I got the silver color to blend in better. As others have mentioned, the round punch hole will catch on your hair when you take them out. It was fairly obvious that the problem could be solved by flattening the punch hole. I took a pair of regular pliers (not needle-nosed) and flattened each of the clips. It didn't even take 5 minutes of effort and they work just awesome as before, but now they don't yank out my hair.

They do exactly what they're supposed to do and there's a bunch of them in the bag, so they'll last if you lose a few. I have grey hair, so I got the silver color to blend in better.
