Review: Would not recommend - I've had this a bit over a year and it seems like the battery has died and the key fob does not work, which means it cannot be opened. There was no warning the battery was low. Also, there is no customer service number to be found. We may have to resort to breaking it somehow to get our stuff out of it.

This Drawer-Style gun safe can be unlocked by the fingerprint or password and there is no key.

**Q: Is it true you can remove the handle with a knife and get full access to the insides without code or prints like shown on youtube?**
A: You should be more concerned with the person accessing the room or office more than this safe itself. To me, this safe provides convenience to put your wallet, keys, small cash, and EDC handgun. It's not meant to replace a more secure safe!
