I didn't use the included thermometer, as I have Bluetooth ones already as I've heard sometimes the included thermometer can be off some, will give it a try on next cook with my other Bluetooth ones(Chef iQ) for comparison. Tried a grilled chicken thigh first. Doesn't taste charcoal-grilled, but it tastes grilled. I didn't turn it over. Cooked both sides in 10 minutes. Made a thin salmon filet in 4 minutes. Tomorrow I'll try a steak. I plan on doing all my cooking on this. My air fryer died, which is how I started looking around and settled on this. Gave away my Breville countertop oven now that I have this. Ordered a griddle pan top to make eggs, and french toast, and such. It also broils, it bakes, air fries, and dehydrates.
