A: I don’t think so but I’m not sure

**Q: Does this flour have less gluten than American grown flour?**
A: In theory, European flour is usually soft as opposed to hard (which is mostly what we grow in the US) and therefore should have has less gluten.  (But it would never be gluten free.)  Whether this specific brand has less gluten I cannot tell you: you would need to contact them.
