A: The vest is not for work. Its too bulky but its great for walking.

A: I returned it as it seemed to hurt my shoulders. Just click return and get the policy for it, there.

**Q: Can u get in the pool with it?**
A: I would not recommend use in the pool!

**Q: Will this vest adjust to fit a child?**
A: All depends on the size of the child I don’t know how small you can make it but I know it fits adults. It’s only 8 pounds so it is very light.
