Q: How can i get in touch with mfg?

Sorry- Did not need to contact the manufacturer as the item worked very well for me. Just be sure the skin is clean with no oils and let the alcohol dry fully.

Q: How do you remove the patch ? How long do you recommend keeping it on ?

I use this CGM patch on a 14 day Freestyle Libre sensor. It easily lasts the full 14 days - through showers and sweat. To remove, use a Q-tip and baby oil. Moisten the Q-tip with the baby oil and gradually burrow up under an edge. Work in to the sensor and then around the perimeter. Comes off in about a minute.

Q: Is moisture under patchby sensor normal?

No. Moisture under the patches is not normal. Also, if you have skin conditions, such as psoriasis, the patches will fall off because of the flaking skin.
