If you need a kettle for more that 2 people, the 1.5L might be better. I like the design very much and it looks nice on my counter. I really prefer these kettles to a teapot since they're much easier to clean inside and have the auto shut-off. The water heats up quickly enough for me.

I ordered this after my 1.5L Enfinigy kettle was recalled. The 1L is smaller of course, but it's fine for me. If you need a kettle for more that 2 people, the 1.5L might be better. I like the design very much and it looks nice on my counter. I really prefer these kettles to a teapot since they're much easier to clean inside and have the auto shut-off. The water heats up quickly enough for me.
