Review: Dr recommended, the complete multivitamin - I was recommended this product by my doctor. I am a fairly active person and workout atleast 3 day's a week. I did have some mild pain in my left knee and when I got tested, while my vitamin levels were within range, they were on the lower side. My doctor recommended this product. As he explained, while our vitamin and mineral levels also decrease with age, so do our calorific needs and metabolism. Our diet is not enough to provide all the nutrients we need and hence one should start using supplements when early signs show up. Besides, just one tablet a day is enough. This product is well known even outside India and given the proliferation of supplements, I would anyday trust a well known brand from GSK , which is recommended by my doctor. While I have been having this only for a week, my knee pain has improved enough to not be a deterrent.

**Q: Calcium and iron together in one tablet! calcium and iron tablets are to be taken separately right but this contains both together.**
A: No problem you can take like this also.

**Q: What is the difference between men and women tablet. Can women consume men tablet or vice versa?**
A: From what I have read on the label, the content is the same, but the per gram composition is less in women, catering to women daily requirement... Men would contain more per tablet compared to women. But please read label before buying to check it for yourself.
