I have avoided using hair oils in the past because I have very fine hair that is easily weighed down but I am converted. I use one pump (shoulder length hair) when it's damp (after heat protection spray) and it disappears into my hair, leaving it incredibly soft, without being heavy or greasy. I have noticed a real difference in the condition of my hair since I started using it.
