A: We haven't noticed any missing pieces yet. We have noticed that they labeled and have the wrong name on the base though😕

All the pieces were in the kit and nothing was damaged. The instructions were clear and everything went together as designed. Some of the partially built parts were a bit flimsy until finished. Once finished the sword and sheath were rock solid. I deduct 1/10 of a star because the stand is a bit flimsy, but not too bad. Highly recommended! (Second of the Demon Slayer collection for me.) (Pro tip: Take iPad photos of the steps to enlarge the pictures.)
