I found them to be cooler than expected, sun protection for my head and eyes and doesn't fly off like a baseball cap can do.Hope this helps for those on the fence. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good helmet at an affordable price *by P***D on June 15, 2025* Love this helmet. Fits great and is comfortable, I use it for road riding primarily, and some gravel rides. I like helmets with brims because the bright, hot Texas sun is always in my eyes. Even with sun glasses on I need to shade my forehead and my eyes from excess glare. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit, very comfortable! *by S***N on June 23, 2025* My son loves the fit of this helmet, and he has worn so many helmets his comment means a lot! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/467412274-optics-convoy-mips-mountain-cycling-helmet-french-navy-small](https://www.desertcart.us/products/467412274-optics-convoy-mips-mountain-cycling-helmet-french-navy-small) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
