Review: Excellent value - Bought this because I became concerned about the amount of plastic I was eating with my old chopping board (it was letting light through the centre). I am pleased with the quality and appearance of this board but mainly I like its size. It is big enough to use for veg preparation but light enough to lift and tip into a pan. The side I cut on is getting quite marked after only a few weeks' use but I'd much rather be eating wood than plastic. I won't use it for meat as it can't be washed in the dishwasher.
