The paint was correct and no cracks.I received this in a package from Amazon with other items in it. The packaging and everything else in it was ok, but the helmet must have been damaged from the seller or the warehouse prior to shipping. It is in a bag, not a box. Was very disappointed when I opened it. We still tried it on. Bought size S for my 9 year old granddaughter and it fits well and will adjust to fit as she grows a bit more. The pads for the palm of the hand didn't fit well. I'll probably add some Velcro because the strap was just a little too long. Looks like a good helmet and pads for her so I reordered hoping to get a good one. If not, I'll be ordering from someone else.
