The all fiberglass frame opens smoothly, quickly and conveniently, at the press of a button. The central pole (shaft) has a thick braided wall that is 14mm in diameter. The superstructure's ribs and support arms are heavy-duty and are 5mm in diameter. This is the umbrella that the pros use and you'll love it as much as they do! - WIND VENTED CANOPY - 54" in open diameter (64"arc), this eight-section canopy has wind vents built into every panel. The deluxe pongee polyester fabric is waterproof and woven with 190 threads per square inch. Each panel is cut by hand and carefully sewn so it fits perfectly on the sturdy frame. Many colors are available and each umbrella comes with its own shoulder carrying case. Priced considerably lower than golf equipment companies' umbrellas; its quality is as good or better than theirs - HANDLE - The genuine black rubber molded handle is nicely contoured, to provide a sure-grip when you need it most - ADDITIONAL FEATURES - The flexible fiberglass frame resists breakage and is lightweight, rust and lightning-resistant, and the vented canopy helps the umbrella from being inverted by most gusts of wind.
