**Q: Does it helps for skin whitening?**
A: I stopped taking it because it made my heart beat so fast and it felt like my heart wont come out of my chest that happened within just 1-2 weeks of taking it...skin whitening? no observation within that span of time

The form of glutathione you buy should be the reduced form. The L form is the oxidized dimeric form, not lipisomal. The reduced form can lighten your skin (see reference).  Prota 79 observed that decreased glutathione concentration led to the conversion of L-Dopaquinone to Dopachrome, increasing the formation of brown-black pigment (eumelanin). In cosmetics it is used to decrease oxidative damage to the skin and may protect against acne. Quote:"Glutathione is the MASTER antioxidant! It's LORD antioxidant, the most badass antioxidant ever, especially when it comes to CLEAR skin! ... Scientists concluded that acne-prone skin has up 20% less glutathione than healthy skin. The more severe the acne, the less glutathione was found in the skin!" Not my language but my wife and I found it decreased acne substatially, even cysts, as recommended by a nursing friend.

**Q: I just opened my bottle. There is no seal on the bottle lip. The only seal was the peel off white part of the cap. Is this normal?**
A: Yes, it is normal.  They say it is a seal and cuts down on cost to the consumer.  I have not had an issue with the product other than I feel no different after a couple months
