A: Not sure, but it does come with 2 keys and there is a number on the lock with the same number on the keys, so I would assume that would be so you can get keys.

**Q: Where can you find a master key for this bag?**
A: I do not think there is a master key. The keys have a number on them for ordering replacements if it is offered.

**Q: Can notary journal and a couple files fit into this bag?**
A: I would think it should. The bag measures 14 1/2 inches by 11 1/4 inches
